The Priceline Pharmacy has opened its doors at the Williams Landing Shopping Centre.
The opening of the store comes after Cedar Woods, the developer which owns the centre and is behind the $2 billion Williams Landing masterplan, conducted a survey earlier this year which found that 56 per cent of shoppers wanted access to an increased retail offering, including more national brand stores.
Cedar Woods state manager Lloyd Collins said he was delighted to welcome Priceline Pharmacy to the centre and to extend the provision of essential services within the community.
“We’re always looking for ways to meet the needs of the community through our vibrant shopping centre offering, so it’s great to welcome Priceline Pharmacy as another well-known store,” says Collins.
“The survey results show the trend that people want the best retailers close to their doorsteps, really going back to the concept of local shopping as much as possible.
“Williams Landing Shopping Centre has fast become a convenient hub and we’re excited to expand our offering of pharmaceutical and healthcare services, particularly given the circumstances we’re in.”
Priceline Pharmacy franchisee Robert Nashed said: “We are really excited to be opening our Priceline Pharmacy to Williams Landing Shopping Centre and being an integral part of the wider community.”
