Police are seeking public assistance to identify a man after a sexual assault in Point Cook, which occurred on April 15 this year.
Around 11.30am, a male offender approached the female victim from behind and sexually assaulted her. At the time, the victim was at a bus-stop on Hacketts Road. The man then caught the bus to Hoppers Crossing Railway Station.
Police have released images of a man whom they believe may be able to assist in their inquiries.
He is perceived to be African in appearance, 167cm tall, between 24-25 years old, with short black hair and a thin moustache.
At the time of the offence, he was wearing black jeans, orange Converse shoes, a black puffer vest, a camouflage jumper with ‘FREESOULS’ yellow graphics on the sleeves and black cap with ‘KINGIN’ yellow graphics on the front.
