Coronavirus cases rise in Wyndham

Forty-one cases of the coronavirus have been detected in Wyndham residents, new figures reveal.

This is compared to 36 cases yesterday, according to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

The new confirmed cases include 13 diagnosed among workers from a Brooklyn meat processing facility, taking the total number of cases in this cluster to 62.

Currently, eight Victorians are in hospital with the virus, including six patients in intensive care. 1322 people have recovered.
