Two hungry, hungry hippos celebrated a very special birthday at Werribee Open Range Zoo on Tuesday.
The zoo’s hippo calf, Pansy, turned one and marked the milestone by sharing a special watermelon cake with her mother Brindabella.
Born weighing about 35 kilograms, Pansy now tips the scales at a whopping 286 kilograms.
