Albright Truganina opens doors to display homes in style

Savvy homebuilders will be heading to Melbourne’s West this month, as Albright Truganina throws open the doors of 14 stunning new display homes by eight of Victoria’s best home builders.

It will be an extravaganza of building, interior design and landscaping advice and more.

Visitors to The Albright Display Home Extravaganza will be able to explore the homes at their leisure, while also taking advantage of one-day-only deals and offers from the Albright display village builders.

Australia’s best builders have pulled out all the stops, with displays to explore from Eight Homes, Burbank, Fairhaven Homes, Welsh Homes, Nostra, Optimal Homes, Porter Davis and Ridgewater Homes.

It’s free to the public, with entertainment and kids’ activities, as well as a spread of tasty food treats and free coffee. Fantastic prizes are up for grabs, including Freedom Furniture gift vouchers, Westfield gift cards and home appliances. The total prize draw is $5000.

A juice station, photo-booth, ice-cream cart, henna tattoo artist and more are also on board.

Villawood Properties Executive Director says that building a home is often one of the biggest decisions that people will make in their lifetime.

”There’s a lot to consider, but no reason why it can’t be a fun process – that’s why we wanted to kick off the Albright Display Village with a bang,” he says.

“We’re anticipating seeing about 500 families at the opening and we’ve made sure there will be plenty of activities along Daybreak Way to keep the kids entertained, so parents can take their time to explore and chat to the various builders involved on the day.

“We’re proud to be working with some of the best in the business and all the builders in the Albright Display Village have delivered impressive homes. What’s more, they’ll be at the Albright Display Home Extravaganza to answer any questions our guests may have about building a new home.”
