Police are investigating after a man was with a suspected gunshot wound was found in Werribee.
Emergency services were called about 11.45pm, after the man was found on Market Road.
The victim, a 23-year-old Wyndham Vale man, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the exact circumstances surrounding the incident were yet to be established and the investigation is ongoing.
