IN FOCUS: Grab Tigers by the tail for a top time

Tigers Clubhouse offers traditional pub fare that is quality-driven and value-for-money.

It’s the perfect place to go with the family for a meal.

The kids are well looked after with free kids packs and there’s secure play equipment on-site.

And there are lots of menu options for all palates and age groups.

Come the weekend, entertainment becomes a real focus.

With more than 6000 members, this great spot has free live music every Friday and Saturday night, ensuring the good times are always rolling.

Rhys New, general manager of this ever-evolving venue, says ‘Tigers’ maintains an environment in which all guests will be entertained, experience exceptional service and have a great time.

Open since 2001, Tigers Clubhouse – the official social club for the Werribee Football Club – is open every day of the year.

Membership benefits include discount on food and beverages, buy one bet one free meal deals on Monday’s, birthday rewards and shows and events discounts.

“Right now we have great entertainment on,” Rhys says.

“It’s a good opportunity to get out of the house in the winter months when we all tend to hibernate a little.

“It’s warm and cosy, and we are constantly improving the venue to make it really welcoming. We are unique in that we focus on live entertainment.

“We source really great acts that have a broad appeal, so it’s a nice place to have a meal and sit back and listen to some great music every weekend.

“Sunday afternoons are really popular. A lot of families come by and get a hot meal and listen to some music and let the kids have a play.

“We also regularly host tribute bands, cover bands, themed events , singles nights, rock ’n’ roll parties and kids’ events to make sure we have something for everyone. Check out our website (below) to see what is coming up.”

Functions are very popular at Tigers Clubhouse.

With capacity to cater for 10 to 100, functions at the Tigers Clubhouse are fun and offer fantastic service and delicious food.

“We host birthdays, milestone anniversary parties, work functions and Christmas get-togethers,” Rhys says. “It’s all possible.”
