Activities go pop at park

Young artists have created books for a miniature library in the Point Cook Town Centre’s pop-up park.

Students from a studio run by Point Cook artist Anindita Banerjee spent two weeks making the books which were then transferred into a cubbyhouse ‘library’ at the pop-up park on Murnong Street.

Until Friday, April 13, the pop-up park will host a Kids in the Kitchen event. The free children’s cooking classes, hosted by Stockland Point Cook, will be held from 10am-noon daily outside Woolworths.
