Burglary at Werribee South equestrian centre

Police are investigating after a burglary at an equestrian centre in Werribee South on January 9.

It is believed a man cut through a chain link fence and entered a storage compound within the K Road premises between 2.30am and 4am.

The man wandered through the area for about 90 minutes and forced his way into a storage shed and several shipping containers.

Police said they did not believe that any items were stolen.

Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He is perceived as Caucasian in appearance with a beard and hair tied in a bun, and was wearing black shorts, a white T-shirt and a black jacket. The man was also carrying a backpack.
