Police are appealing for witnesses to an armed robbery in Truganina last week.
Altona North Embona Task Force members have been told two men were walking along Cheviot Drive about 8.25pm on October 25 when they were approached and stopped by a group of three males.
One of the males produced an unknown object and forced it against one of the victims’ necks, before forcing the pair to walk to a nearby park.
Once there, the group made threats and demanded the victims’ phones and bank cards. The victims handed over the items and the group fled the scene.
The offenders have been described as aged in their late teens to early 20s, and of a tall height. One of the men was wearing a black jumper and carrying a black backpack; the second had a black hoodie; and the third was wearing a white hoodie.
Police have released an image of three males they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
