Concerns for missing Matthew Stephenson

Have you seen Matthew Stephenson?

Police are concerned for the welfare of the 12-year-old Wyndham Vale boy, who went missing over the weekend.

Matthew was last seen getting onto a bus along Shaws Road heading towards Wyndham Vale train station at 6.30pm on Sunday.

His family and police are concerned for his welfare given his age and because his disappearance is out of character.

Police have released an image of Matthew in the hope someone may know his whereabouts.

He is described as being about 140cm tall, of skinny build, with black scruffy hair.

Matthew was last seen wearing a grey North Face jacket with blue sleeves, a red Nike t-shirt, yellow Werribee Devils basketball shorts and black shoes.

Anyone with information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Wyndham North Police Station on 8734 1100.
