Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 12-year-old Hailie.
She was last seen in Hampton East on Friday, January 14.
Hailie is described as 160 centimetres tall with a thin build, blue eyes and brown hair.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
She is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Port Melbourne, Hampton East and Point Cook areas.
Police have released an image of Hailie in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Hailie is asked to contact the Bayside police station 8530 5100.
