WERRIBEE Centrals did as they pleased in a 72-38 dismantling of Thomson in the Geelong and District Netball League A grade game at Galvin Park on Saturday.
The Centurions were at their most damaging in a 21-goal second-term blitz. Ellie Tubbs (28 goals) and Mickayla Ward (26 goals, pictured getting the better of an opponent) posed a constant threat to the Thomson defence.
It was the Centurions’ 13th consecutive win.
They have a game and percentage break on second-placed Bell Post Hill and will host middle-of-the-road Belmont Lions back at Galvin Park on Saturday.
