A Wyndham Vale man has been charged after a teenage girl was flashed in Melbourne’s east on Monday morning.
The 15-year-old girl was walking in Glen Waverley on Monday morning when a man allegedly exposed himself.
The 25-year-old was charged with wilful obscene exposure and performing an indecent act before a child, and will appear in Melbourne Magistrate’s Court on October 30.
A police statement said the man was caught with the assistance of the public.
