Witness plea after teenagers stabbed

Investigations are continuing into the stabbing of two teenagers at Werribee last Tuesday.

Senior Constable Drew Corry said witnesses said a fight broke out in Werribee Park near the Werribee River about 2pm, which resulted in two males, aged 18 and 14, being stabbed.

They were taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital with upper-body wounds before being discharged.

Five men, said to be aged 15 to 18, were arrested, but no charges have been laid.
