Volunteers at the Uniting Opportunity Shop in Werribee are calling for donations of children’s clothes from sizes one to eight.
The op shop is in need of good quality boys and girls clothing, with no rips and no stains.
The store is also in need of school uniforms.
The Uniting op shop, which has been operating for more than 30 years, accepts donations of babies, children’s, women’s and men’s clothing; Manchester such as sheets and pillowslips; bric-a-brac, handbags; bags; art prints; and children’s and teenager’s shoes.
Donations can be made at the store, which is located at 35 Synnot Street, Werribee (next to the Crossroads Uniting Church) during its opening hours, Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 3pm and Saturdays from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
Outside of these hours, donations can be made between 9am to 5pm weekdays, at Uniting Wyndham, 19 Duncans Road, Werribee.
Residents interested in volunteering at the op shop or at Uniting Wyndham can contact the Volunteer Programs coordinator Shelley on 0466 592 505.
