Tarneit nightlife just got a little more exciting.

The night market is back and will be held on September 14 at Penrose Community Centre.

Wyndham arts, culture and heritage portfolio holder Cr Tony Hooper said the market would embrace tastes and traditions from all over the world.

“The concept is to emulate the variety enjoyed at city night markets with crafts, food and music – but with a unique neighbourhood feel, providing local musicians, artisans and businesses with an opportunity to showcase their work while providing residents with free family entertainment close to home,” Cr Hooper said.

“With such rich cultural diversity in Wyndham, we have an opportunity to create a unique market experience.”

The market will run 5-8pm.
