Developer Cedar Woods Properties has completed construction of its flagship $27 million strata office development in Williams Landing.

The office project, at 111 Overton Road, completely sold out before construction even began.

The building has 47 office suites, now home to a range of owner-occupiers, including lawyers, accountants, financial planners, recruiters and educational support services, along with a 1525 square-metre medical centre on the ground floor.

The medical centre, leased to a subsidiary of national medical services provider Cornerstone Health Pty Ltd and trading as Our Medical Home, was sold to Barwon Investment Partners for
$8.2 million earlier this year.

Cedar Woods state manager Lloyd Collins said the success of 111 Overton Road demonstrated the strength of the commercial market in Melbourne’s west.

“For small and medium-sized businesses, there’s a growing need for quality office space that offers access to good public transport connections and local amenities,” he said.

“Williams Landing provides an array of amenity such as the shopping centre, connectivity to the train station and direct access to the Princes Freeway, which all contribute to the community’s attractiveness as a commercial destination.”
