Police are appealing for public information to help locate missing Drouin South woman Vanessa Stewart.

The 22-year-old was last seen getting onto a city-bound train at the Drouin Railway Station on March 17.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to the length of time she has been missing, and she has a medical condition.

Vanessa is believed to frequent the Werribee, Melbourne CBD and Drouin areas.

Police have released a photo of Vanessa in the hope that someone may recognise her and to be able to provide information on her whereabouts.

She is described as being about 160cm tall, with fair skin and brown hair.
