Bring on the cheese, please

Say cheese: Sunday is going to brie a top day for lovers of Camembert, cheddar and curd.

The Fromage a Trois cheese festival will be held at Werribee Park between 11am and 6pm.

Gourmet grate-ness awaits attendees, who will able to see some of Australia’s finest food exhibitors and sample their cheeses, artisan foods, handcrafted wines, beers, ciders and spirits.

Roving entertainment, lawn games and live music will also feature at the event, plus a grape stomp competition and cheese-related master classes.

Chef Giorgio Linguanti, of That’s Amore Cheese, will perform mozzarella stretching on the main stage.

Festival-goers are encouraged to bring their own picnics.
