The owner of Hudsons Lotto & Dry Cleaner in Werribee says he is delighted to have sold two TattsLotto division one prizes in the past 10 months.

Peter Grey said it took the winner of the latest prize, which was drawn on July 14, three days to come forward.

The winner, who wants to remain anonymous, was one of six division one winners across Australia who each received $672,883.61.

Mr Grey said the Werribee winner’s 36-game QuickPick entry was not registered to a Tatts card, so officials had no way of contacting them until they came forward.

Mr Grey said he was the one who informed the customer of their win.

“It was great when the customer came in because they had no idea, so I got to break the news,” he said.

“The customer is very valued at the store, so we are really happy for them.

“We will definitely be celebrating at the store. We have decorations up already.

“It is brilliant – it is the second division one prize we’ve sold in 10 months.

“We have also sold about eight division two prizes this year – can’t wait to have some more wins.”
